Pincher

Ooh that Hector Pincher is a nasty, nasty Pukiemon.

His only goal in life is to make it as miserable as possible for all other Pukiemons. Pincher and his buddies spend their days counting all the money they have squeezed out of other Pukiemons and their nights thinking of other ways to squeeze them even more.

Hector Pincher doesn't trust anyone, and has absolutely no friends. But this doesn't concern him at all as he derives all his satisfaction and sense of fulfillment from taking as much of a Pukiemon's money as possible.

Pincher does not have a charitable bone in his body and is quite ruthless. He is happy to see mothers and children being thrown out of their homes onto the street, just so long as he gets what he thinks belongs to him.

You cannot argue or reason with Hector Pincher. He will always believe that you are a nasty little tax cheat, whether you are or not.

Appeals to logic or compassion are a waste of time as neither are in his nature and the only defence against him is simply to refuse to give him what he wants.

He is implaccable in his desire to take your money and he is the greatest enemy of all Pukiemons.
